Mayor Ola Ajibola is a dynamic individual passionate about continuous learning and professional development. His <\/span>educational journey has been marked by a commitment to acquiring knowledge and expertise in the ever-evolving <\/span>fields of Business Management. <\/span><\/p>

Mayor Ola Ajibola is a friendly, easygoing, happy, and outgoing person with a heart of gold which is why she runs a <\/span>charity organization called ORAEL Foundation both in Nigeria and the United Kingdom which is aimed at supporting, <\/span>empowering, and motivating young leaders. He has fed the poor, given medical aid to those who need it, <\/span>empowered young women in various trades to help them better themselves, motivated and encouraged young <\/span>entrepreneurs with their vision and dreams of running their businesses.<\/span><\/p>

Ola also hold certificated degrees in Computer & Management Studies, Diploma in Leadership from Ambassador <\/span>Recruitment Solution, London (2008) and NVQ Level 5 in Care Leadership & Management at Amazing Grace <\/span>Personnel London (2015). <\/span>He is versatile and highly skilled in animation, non-linear editing, graphics, and cinematography; his knowledge in <\/span>production and post-production is worthy of emulation. Ola’s passion for vocational studies has no boundaries, <\/span>Aside from his career, he is always been a man of the people and is most\u00a0 popularly called Olafancy due to his stylish <\/span>dress, he has been actively involved in various community projects ranging from youth programs to family, health, <\/span>education, etc. he runs a foundation locally in Edmonton and Haringey North London called Fancy Foundation Trust <\/span>with the motto \u201cSelfless Service to Humanity\u201d.<\/span><\/p>

Fancy Foundation Trust liaises with other local charity organizations to deliver media and IT training to those under <\/span>18 every Saturday at no cost, we produce programs from conception to actualization, and we are happy seeing <\/span>parents trusting us with their kids and our Joy is to see them attaining their goals. Ola is a man with a mission and <\/span>vision; he believed it is easier to build strong children than to repair a broken adult.<\/span>
As part of our effort to educate youth, we do host a youth talk show titled Young Offender during which the Police <\/span>Commissioner, Ministry of Justice, and other relevant bodies are invited to raise awareness on knife crime and <\/span>reasons why we need to keep our street safe.<\/span><\/p>

In 2013, Ola and his partner organised a conference on a television talk show tagged Reality of Life London<\/span>
Conference \u2013 theme: Inspiring a Generation-mind re-orientation with guest speakers His <\/span>Excellency Prof. Kawaku- Doaso Ghana High Commissioner to the UK and His Excellency, <\/span>Otunba Gbenga Daniel, Former Governor Ogun-State of Nigeria; are other provisionally Keynote Speakers and <\/span>invitee; His Excellency, Dr Dalhatu Sarki Tafida OFR CFR. The Nigeria High Commissioner to the UK chair the occasion.<\/span><\/p>

As year roll by, we decided to change the name of the company to the long existing Fancy TV Channel with a trade <\/span>name Fancy Media Communication. And today Fancy TV Channel has become a household name in the United <\/span>Kingdom and beyond with a wide range coverage in entertainment news and show biz.<\/span>
Due to his engagement in the community Ola was honor with leadership award has Mayor for peace making in 2015 <\/span>by Andy Love MP. Member of Parliament for Edmonton, North London. Ambassador for Goodwill and Leadership <\/span>Award 2016 at The True Africa Heritage Foundation UK. And NRIDB Charity Brand Ambassador for Leading Peace <\/span>2016 for his tremendous work for humanity.<\/span><\/p>

2017. Mayor Olami started a prestigious EPRA, Leadership & Entrepreneurial Awards to celebrate unsung heroes, <\/span>outstanding leaders and remarkable organizations that have shown exemplary leadership core values, norms, <\/span>characteristics and continuing commitment to leadership excellence in our community and the turnout was massive. <\/span>EPRA Awards which has been dubbed the largest gathering of leaders and entrepreneurs across the globe.<\/span>
EPRA Leadership and Entrepreneur Awards is an elite intimate gathering of intellectuals and unsung heroes who <\/span>have made enormous positive impacts in society without aiming at rewards. The event aims to be the greatest <\/span>relaxation and realization of the achievements of individuals in our communities.<\/span>
Mayor Olalekan Ajibola is also the founder of The Black Professional and Business Owners Network UK. Black <\/span>Business Network is the home of black business owners and start-up entrepreneurs, designed to strengthen business <\/span>connections, financing and knowledge in our community.<\/span>
We pride ourselves in collaborating with other Black organisations and the right corporate engagement to bring <\/span>about a collective spirit of change for our entrepreneurs. Providing access to business support resources, services, <\/span>educational and networking events.<\/span>
Mayor Olalekan has mentored hundreds of young and helder people over the last 16 years, he has helped many <\/span>young people steer clear of crime despite these young people growing up in deprived areas of inner London, in <\/span>particular Hackney and Edmonton London.
