30 years of experience managing complex policies and processes in banking and banking-related institutions in
Africa, Europe, South Pacific, Caribbean, and the United States. Previously, he was an advisor to the Commonwealth
Secretariat in the United Kingdom; where he managed significant financial and debt restructuring initiatives that
formed the basis of effective and sustainable reform strategies in more than 25 countries.
