Mayor Ola Ajibola is a dynamic individual passionate about continuous learning and professional development. His
educational journey has been marked by a commitment to acquiring knowledge and expertise in the ever-evolving
fields of Business Management.
Mayor Ola Ajibola is a friendly, easygoing, happy, and outgoing person with a heart of gold which is why she runs a
charity organization called ORAEL Foundation both in Nigeria and the United Kingdom which is aimed at supporting,
empowering, and motivating young leaders. He has fed the poor, given medical aid to those who need it,
empowered young women in various trades to help them better themselves, motivated and encouraged young
entrepreneurs with their vision and dreams of running their businesses.

Ola also hold certificated degrees in Computer & Management Studies, Diploma in Leadership from Ambassador
Recruitment Solution, London (2008) and NVQ Level 5 in Care Leadership & Management at Amazing Grace
Personnel London (2015).
He is versatile and highly skilled in animation, non-linear editing, graphics, and cinematography; his knowledge in
production and post-production is worthy of emulation. Ola’s passion for vocational studies has no boundaries,
Aside from his career, he is always been a man of the people and is most popularly called Olafancy due to his stylish
dress, he has been actively involved in various community projects ranging from youth programs to family, health,
education, etc. he runs a foundation locally in Edmonton and Haringey North London called Fancy Foundation Trust
with the motto “Selfless Service to Humanity”.
Fancy Foundation Trust liaises with other local charity organizations to deliver media and IT training to those under
18 every Saturday at no cost, we produce programs from conception to actualization, and we are happy seeing
parents trusting us with their kids and our Joy is to see them attaining their goals. Ola is a man with a mission and
vision; he believed it is easier to build strong children than to repair a broken adult.
As part of our effort to educate youth, we do host a youth talk show titled Young Offender during which the Police
Commissioner, Ministry of Justice, and other relevant bodies are invited to raise awareness on knife crime and
reasons why we need to keep our street safe.
In 2013, Ola and his partner organised a conference on a television talk show tagged Reality of Life London
Conference – theme: Inspiring a Generation-mind re-orientation with guest speakers His
Excellency Prof. Kawaku- Doaso Ghana High Commissioner to the UK and His Excellency,
Otunba Gbenga Daniel, Former Governor Ogun-State of Nigeria; are other provisionally Keynote Speakers and
invitee; His Excellency, Dr Dalhatu Sarki Tafida OFR CFR. The Nigeria High Commissioner to the UK chair the occasion.
As year roll by, we decided to change the name of the company to the long existing Fancy TV Channel with a trade
name Fancy Media Communication. And today Fancy TV Channel has become a household name in the United
Kingdom and beyond with a wide range coverage in entertainment news and show biz.
Due to his engagement in the community Ola was honor with leadership award has Mayor for peace making in 2015
by Andy Love MP. Member of Parliament for Edmonton, North London. Ambassador for Goodwill and Leadership
Award 2016 at The True Africa Heritage Foundation UK. And NRIDB Charity Brand Ambassador for Leading Peace
2016 for his tremendous work for humanity.

2017. Mayor Olami started a prestigious EPRA, Leadership & Entrepreneurial Awards to celebrate unsung heroes,
outstanding leaders and remarkable organizations that have shown exemplary leadership core values, norms,
characteristics and continuing commitment to leadership excellence in our community and the turnout was massive.
EPRA Awards which has been dubbed the largest gathering of leaders and entrepreneurs across the globe.
EPRA Leadership and Entrepreneur Awards is an elite intimate gathering of intellectuals and unsung heroes who
have made enormous positive impacts in society without aiming at rewards. The event aims to be the greatest
relaxation and realization of the achievements of individuals in our communities.
Mayor Olalekan Ajibola is also the founder of The Black Professional and Business Owners Network UK. Black
Business Network is the home of black business owners and start-up entrepreneurs, designed to strengthen business
connections, financing and knowledge in our community.
We pride ourselves in collaborating with other Black organisations and the right corporate engagement to bring
about a collective spirit of change for our entrepreneurs. Providing access to business support resources, services,
educational and networking events.
Mayor Olalekan has mentored hundreds of young and helder people over the last 16 years, he has helped many
young people steer clear of crime despite these young people growing up in deprived areas of inner London, in
particular Hackney and Edmonton London. He is still very active as a mentor to date.
